30 days to try them
You have 30 days from delivery to wear your Bleuvex. If they’re not right for you, for any reason, send them back: returns are free and you get a full refund.
We only ask that you return the complete pair, with its case and cloth, in good condition.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number (it starts with “BV-”).
We’ll get back to you to arrange the return — no unnecessary questions.
Collection
Your pair is collected from you or dropped off with our courier: [À CONFIRMER – transporteur]. We cover the return costs.
Your refund
Since you paid on delivery, we refund you by [À CONFIRMER – virement ou cash].
Refund time: [À CONFIRMER – délai de remboursement], from when we receive the pair.
Prescription lenses
Prescription lenses are made especially for you. Return conditions for these lenses are: [À CONFIRMER – conditions de retour des verres correcteurs].
